I could not recommend Fresh more highly.
The coaches are knowledgeable and always make sure you feel comfortable and confident moving your body. They take the time to demonstrate the movements and provide alternatives if you can’t do something. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is always clean, tidy and well presented.

I started training at Fresh nearly 12 months ago and am attending around 4-5 sessions per week when I can. Before starting at fresh I was lucky to go to the gym once a month. I really enjoy the workouts and have found the team really supportive. I’ve made some great friends and actually look forward to going!!
I have been training at Fresh for the last 4-5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Fresh is run by a team of capable and down to earth trainers who aren't afraid to push you when you need it and slow you down to get technique right. I have seen clear progress in myself and others and recommend Fresh as a place to get fit, have fun and hang out with an awesome bunch of people. Rock on.
Fresh is addictive! I was always slightly intimated by this type of training but now I could never imagine doing anything else. I love the environment and the fun workouts! Often my favourite part of the day
I absolutely love coming to this gym everyday! The trainers are amazing and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is so friendly. I was nervous to start but soon felt right at home!
Fresh is a great place to train. The vibe isn’t like normal gyms, they make you feel welcome and the sessions are good and testing.

Never in my life have I stuck with the same gym more than a year but I have been coming here now for 4 years because every day is different - no workouts / days are ever the same so you don’t get bored and are constantly challenged to achieve your personal best! Love Fresh
